What do we offer?
Can the Fire Service do this for me? The short answer is no – not any more. In October 2006 the Government will introduce new fire safety legislation which will replace virtually all the existing fire safety legislation. So even if you have a fire certificate this will from October 2006 no longer be valid and you must comply with the new legislation. You as an employer will be responsible to ensure that your premises are safe by carrying out a risk assessment, recording significant findings and producing an action plan. The Fire Authority will be responsible for enforcing the legislation. Non compliance could result in enforcement notices or prohibition notices being served. Why are we different? We produce a package which will meet the needs of fire safety legislation but more importantly meets the needs of you the customer! Our advice will always be in the form of a report in easy to understand language. We pride ourselves in a fast and reliable service at competitive rates.
